The Award's categories cover the breadth of today's AI-driven creativity while setting clear thematic priorities. The more context you provide with your submission, tools, prompts, workflow, the better it will be evaluated.

01 · Main category

AI Photography

The AI Photography category honours work that fuses photography and artificial intelligence into a convincing whole. The quality of the photographic foundation matters as much as the creative extension through AI. It's not about effects, it's about a credible, powerful fusion of both worlds.

Technical requirements

  • Minimum size: 3000 px on the long edge
  • 72 dpi, RGB, sRGB colour space
  • Format: JPG
  • EXIF data of the source photograph is mandatory: camera, model, lens, focal length, aperture, shutter speed, ISO

  • Description of the AI tools used (e.g. Photoshop Generative Fill, Magnific, Topaz, ComfyUI, Midjourney)
  • Prompt text (recommended, optional)

02 · Main category

AI Image

The AI Image category focuses on fully AI-generated visual worlds. Visual quality, depth of detail and creative execution are at the centre. Whether photorealistic scenes, portraits or conceptual motifs, what counts is the strength of the result.

03 · Main category

AI Art

AI Art targets work with a clear artistic ambition. The concept stands at the centre, regardless of whether the form is illustration, digital painting, or abstract or experimental approaches. Here, AI is a tool in the service of an idea.

04 · Main category

AI Video

The AI Video category evaluates moving-image projects, regardless of length. Decisive factors are impact, storytelling and visual quality. Whether short clip or longer format, the overall impression is what counts.

AI Music

AI Music recognises musical work and sound concepts created with AI support. Composition, atmosphere and the creative use of new production possibilities take centre stage.

06 · Main category

AI Advertising

The AI Advertising category covers work from all areas of advertising developed or implemented with the help of artificial intelligence. This includes campaigns, visual concepts, moving image, social media content and experimental advertising formats.

  • Print/poster: image min. 3000 px on the long edge, PDF allowed
  • Moving image: see AI Video (MP4, 1080p min., 15 sec – 4 min)
  • Social formats: 1:1, 9:16, 16:9 (min. 1080 px each)

The main categories are complemented by two special prizes, for young voices and for the response of the audience.

07 · Special Prize

Emerging Talent Award

The Emerging Talent Award is aimed at creatives aged 15 to 18 and is designed to actively foster new voices. Cross-category across all six main categories.

Required, parental consent form

As participants are minors, written consent from a legal guardian is mandatory. The form must be filled out, signed and uploaded with the submission.

08 · Special Prize

People's Choice Award

The People's Choice Award is decided by a public online vote and reflects the direct response of the audience. Places 1, 2 and 3 are awarded, cross-category across all main categories.
